i was finally able to take a teaser-trip "home". four days is way too short. there were so many people that i wanted to see while i was there, but i just wasn't able to.
the roads looked much wider to me. i asked my parents if they widened the streets. turns out, i am just used to skinny-minny Pittsburgh roads. the whole time i was there, i was dreaming of cycling my way around on this flawless Utah asphalt.
and we ate lots and lots of yummy food
and you can bet that i spent a lot of time kissing the cheeks off of this little squirt.
as i was putting on lip gloss, she asked if she could have some. what a girl.
the whole reason i went to Utah was to celebrate her upcoming second year of life. i think she enjoyed herself, what do you think?

So glad you came out. Next time you better stay a while!! Morgie misses "Woggy" and askes for her at least once a day. Love your pics sis!! Oh ya, love you too.
Great blog! I'm so glad to find out you do pictures! I hadn't heard of anyone in the ward yet which really surprised me because my old ward had about 6 girls starting photography businesses. If you're available I'll probably be booking you for baby pics and Christmas cards :)
I wish we could have seen you when you were here!! But Dustin sure is excited to see Tinman.
I love that she just stuck her whole face in the cake, what a cutie!
Haha!! That cake looks AMAZING! It was so fun to see you. Too short.
I love the pic of her eating that cake...so adorable. I hope next time you come you can stay longer so I can see you. Miss ya.
P.S. Tiffany is the best cupcake at Mini's. Delicious!
P.P.S. Is your title from a song? I LOVE that song if you're thinking what I'm thinking.
I'm so glad you got to go home! That little miss muffet is adorable!
aww!
i'm so glad you could come visit...
i'm a big fan of slc my self so i can only imgine what it would be like to come home :)
oh and to answer your question (in case you didn't see my reply on my other blog) i shoot with a canon 5D Mark II and use a canon 24-70mm zoom lens...after my first sweet little camera thisis heaven to shoot with and we shopped around a lot mostly comparing nikons and canons and this one just totally stole our hearts and on top of that it shoots 1080p (HD) video so it's perfect for dave's buisness.
if you come out again you should let me know and if i have any shoots you could come for fun!
We leave for Utah on Saturday, I wish our trips could have overlapped. Morgan's eyes in that picture are insane! Glad you had a good trip home.
That Morgie is edible.
Those pictures of Kaysville makes me home sick!
You definitely deserved a trip home no matter how many days it was. Glad to see pictures, especially of adorable Morgan.
