*image from googlesince moving to pittsburgh, i have been on the lookout for a gym to join. in salt lake, i was spoiled because the gym was a 3 minute walk from my front door.
about the second or third week in living here, i went on my gym hunt. one gym downtown, you had to pay for parking. another gym didn't have ANY parking (even the residential areas around it, you had to have a parking pass to even park on the street). the obstacles in my way of becoming a gym member were simply overwhelming.
i gave up my search and got quite used to the whole not-working-out-thing.
i recently received a flyer in the mail for a new gym that is opening. it's sooo nice, has FREE parking, about a 10-12 minute drive... and i am thrilled about it!
i have finally started to work out again and oh, it's hurts so good.

Awesome McCall! I think that would be so hard to just search for all new places to go, dry cleaners, dentist, doctor, etc. I would go with you if I was there.
Stop making all of us lazy, unmotivated people look bad - geez.

I just started working out again and I feel like I got hit by a train about every other day. It hurts almost as bad as the time you tied me to the ab roller ;)
I want to switch gyms so I can work out with you. it looks like an AWESOME gym. Hey, do did tannon respond to that e-mail? I told paul about it. We can't believe that!
That is so exciting! And to your previous post, I just can't believe that. There sure missed out on a great person going with them. Isn't that sad that churches really think that about us.... I guess someday they'll realize right? Hope you are doing well!
The FREE PARKING thing is the MAJOR BONUS! I am so excited for you and jealous!
I have been saying I'm going to get started agian for like a year now, but I finally did two weeks ago. It hurts and I'm waiting for the so good part! I hope something opens up for Tannon to go to Haiti, it might be hard since he's a member of a cult;)
I got the flier this week and signed up too! Are you going to do the 'preview' gym until June? I'm very tempted...
